Powerzen challenges, membership, programs and free content

1. Terms and conditions apply automatically when joining Powerzen By Cloë free or paid challenges and programs. 

2. Minimum age for joining any program free or paid is 18. We will automatically assume any sign ups are over this age.

3. Your Health is that you warrant that you are in good physical condition and you know of no medical or other reason why you cannot or should not do active or passive exercise. You recognise that Powerzen by Cloë and Chelsey ‘Breta’ Orth are not able to provide you with medical advice with regard to your fitness or health, and that this information is used as a guideline to the limitations of my ability to exercise. You agree to not hold Powerzen by Cloë or Chelsey ‘Breta’ Orth liable for any injury that may occur during a virtual workout, written workout or any program.

4. Paying for any programs is done through the site using PayPal. Meeting your responsibilities you must make sure: your account can accept direct debits, that there is enough money in your account on the payment day. You are in charge of your Paypal account, therefore any updates to your account details or bank cards needs to be kept up to date in order for payments to be successful.

5. What happens if your payment is declined or fails for any reason? If you do not fully pay your fees on the due date, Paypal will attempt one more time then your account will be cancelled indefinitely. On Demand Membership Terms and Conditions –

THIS IS A MONTH-TO-MONTH MEMBERSHIP THAT AUTO RENEWS

1. Terms and conditions apply automatically when joining Powerzen By Cloë On Demand membership

2. You have access to the members portal and videos instantly after paying and signing up. This is the start of your very first month. There is no cooling off period, or refunds given unless an account is cancelled and a payment is withdrawn afterward for whatever reason.  

3. Minimum age for joining the membership is 18. We will automatically assume any sign ups are by members over this age.

5. Paying for On Demand membership fees are paid on the site, and if currently a member they auto-renew every month, and yearly auto-renews every year by PayPal.

8. Can Powerzen by Cloë change your agreement? Powerzen by Cloë may sometimes add to, or change our terms and conditions. This includes changing services and membership fees. The most up-to date terms and conditions always apply. Powerzen by Cloë will give you at least 28 days’ notice of any changes.

9. Can Powerzen by Cloë increase your fees? Powerzen by Cloë reserve the right to increase your fees only at any time after your agreement has ended. When you joined as a member you are grandfathered into the same joining price until or unless you cancel your account, then any re-sign up will result in paying the new prices. If you join at anytime, you will pay the sign up price for as long as you remain a member of On Demand. Only upon cancellation and re-sign up will the change occur.

10. Suspensions and Cancellations Powerzen by Cloë understand that from time to time you may not be able to train due to holidays, rest periods, becoming sick or injured or wish to cancel your membership altogether. The following rules apply to On Demand. No suspensions are allowed, like Netflix you cancel your membership completely.

Cancellation policy for yearly memberships result in no refunds. Cancellation policy for monthly members: Cancel anytime just like Netflix. When cancelling please take into consideration WHEN you cancel as you will loose access immediately upon cancellation so if you have paid for a month and want to cancel it’s best to wait until just before your next month to cancel so you can use your month. This is just how the backend automatically works and no exceptions will apply if you cancel earlier and wish to use your membership. If a payment is withdrawn and you had forgotten to cancel, this is not the responsibility of Cloë or Powerzen by Cloë and no refunds will be given.

This membership is very versatile hence the ‘no excuses’ anytime, anywhere philosophy. Powerzen by Cloë recommends giving your body at least 12 weeks to feel changes inside out as these programs are not made for instant change. If you cancel your membership and then decide to re-join, you will pay the most current price and when the membership is open to new members.

11. Use of your image – you agree to allow Powerzen by Cloë to use a photo or video for promotion purposes from time to time.

 

TERMS OF USE for memberships and programs free or paid

By joining this membership, Powerzen by Cloë and Chelsey ‘Breta’ Orth are not responsible for any changes or results in your health, body or well-being. The programs are not tailored to the specific user but to a common goal of the users. The exercise videos have been carefully planned and structured carefully with the goal of maximum results by doing less but more efficiently.

By taking this commitment to yourself, you are investing in the health and wellness of your future self. If for some reason, you are not experiencing the results you are after, please post inside the support forum or send an email and how we can best help you.

Please consider first, if have you been 100% consistent with the programs? Have you put in 100% effort when doing the videos? Did you ask for help when you needed it? Did you nourish your body with wholesome foods or seek dietary assistance when needed? If yes, please do let us know, how we can assist you or if you are generally asking what to do. If you have not been able to complete the workouts due to sickness, injury, external circumstances we invite you to commence when all is well and go for the 30-60 days.
